LogMeIn https://secure.logmein.com/ is a great tool for being able to remotely access other computers, either home or work, when you are on a different system.

Over the past couple months I’ve also enjoyed being able to do this from my iPhone and iPad with the LogMeIn Ignition app – it’s $30 bucks – but once you have it – knowing you can get to and do anything your main office or home system can do from anywhere – we’ll it’s very much worth it.
